Enjoy this quick and easy Ceviche that is ideal for a beach getaway and is sure to impress your friends and family with its unique flavour profile

  • 2 Tuna Fish fillets skinned and diced
  • 1 Avocado
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar or vinegar of your convenience
  • 1 Lime zest
  • ½ Lime juice
  • 20 ml Olive oil or Coconut oil
  • Cut the tuna fish & add into bowl
  • Season with salt & pepper
  • Add vinegar
  • Zest lime into bowl
  • Add lime juice
  • Add olive oil or coconut oil
  • Mix the Ceviche and rest for 20 minutes
  • Plating:
  • Cut avocado in half & remove seed
  • Serve the ceviche mix into avocados
