Fish Kebabs done simply! A fantastic dish using the Red Emperor. Soft and full of spice!

  • 1 Red Emperor Fish whole
  • 1 Ginger Knob
  • 2 Green Peppers sliced with seeds
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 2 Skewers
  • Cut off fish head
  • Score fish fillets to ensure in-depth flavour
  • Grate ginger over the fish
  • Stick peppers into score marks & cavities
  • Season with salt & pepper
  • Skew fish from one side to the other until both sides done
